Once I have completed my review and determined that you have a case wort fighting for, I will contact you to let you know if I am able to take on your case and fight for you in Court. I will not take on more cases than I can handle to guarantee that I can give your case all the attention it needs. If I am able to take your case, I will contact you and let you know what I can do for you and what possible results you can expect. I will also try to estimate the amount of time it will take to resolve your case. Following that I will determine which court has jurisdiction over your dispute and file your lawsuit accordingly. Once your lawsuit is filed I will fight for you in Court but you have to assist me along the way by providing information, answering questions, appearing for deposition, testifying in Court and all things needed throughout the whole process.

I will inform you about the case periodically and you will be able to contact me and ask about the status of your case.
